Phase 2 - Launch & Early Years

Fall 2022 to Fall 2024

This past Fall of 2019, our launch team started worshiping in Bloomfield. At this time, we are continuing to faithfully develop our team as we live out God’s calling for our ministry. A general list of the action steps for phase two is listed below.

First Worship Services 

Preach the Word and call people to Jesus
Articulate a compelling vision for what God is doing at City on a Hill Continue to develop worship service liturgy and order 

Connecting with People 

Engage with new people attending the church Connect people in relationships with others Discover how people heard about City on a Hill

Discipling and Activating Leaders 

Continue to disciple core group of leaders
Work with existing leaders as they grow and develop
Activate new leaders to reach more people
Help people put their “hand to the plow” to keep the work going
Identify needs in the congregation that can be met through ministry programming
